Yes. CirqleFX never holds your funds. Every transfer is processed by regulated, licensed financial institutions that comply with international AML, KYC, and banking standards — the same infrastructure your bank uses. We're the interface; they're the infrastructure.
On most major corridors (Canada → India, USA → India), transfers arrive within minutes to a few hours. Timing depends on the destination country, local banking hours, and payment method. You can track every step in real time inside the app.
